Service Description
Special is a rotating event slot used for limited-time training days and custom sessions such as Race Day Simulation, Arenacross Training Day, Birthday Events, and other one-off formats. These events are only available when scheduled and opened for booking. When a Special is live, the listing will include the specific date, time, price, and event details. Important: Payment is due in full at booking. No refunds / no partial refunds for missed time or half days.
Cancellation Policy
-All training and camping fees must be paid in full at booking. -No refunds. No partial refunds for missed days or half-days. -Track closed on non-training days except scheduled 1-on-1 sessions.
